Single type of wire and single type of wire marker tube online simultaneously, automatic production according to the production work order:
1.Equipped with a single-line wire feeder and a single-spindle line-off machine
2.Equipped with two sets of single-tube marking machines, featuring automatic tube feeding, printing, slitting and bushing functions. A wire number tube heating device is also provided at the same time.
3.Equipped with INNOVANCE servo crimping unit, pipe threading at both ends, crimping at both ends, and single-end tin dipping (optional). All the above functions can be switched arbitrarily.
4.Main accessory brands: PLC China INOVANCE, servo motor China INOVANCE, cylinders from Japan SMC, relay from France Schneider, pressure management system using Japanese True SOLTEC system, industrial PC from Taiwan Delta.
5.The system is equipped with supporting data conversion software to seamlessly integrate with production work orders generated by third-party automated routing software. Work orders can be remotely dispatched via the internal network and automatically converted into production instructions with rapid efficiency.
6.Reserve the MES interface to capture real-time production data (e.g., total output, operational efficiency, defect rate, material consumption, and downtime due to failures).
